Founder & CEO
Lyubomira Buresch is the founder of Polygon Research, Inc. Lyubomira has over 10 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry, including roles in Market Intelligence, Strategic Initiatives, Compliance, and Product Management. Her achievements include Citibank's­­­ retail mortgage partnership channel growth from de novo to $2 Billion in originations business, preceded by the growth of a similar program at Bank of America. Prior to mortgage banking she was a management consultant with KPMG and other companies around the world. She is a Certified Mortgage Banker, a Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt Certified, an alumna of Robert H Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, and an active philanthropist through her work with ROSSCA, Inc.
Greg Oliven
Chief Technology Officer
Greg Oliven leads the technology practice at Polygon Research. He is known for the commitment and expertise he brings to each product and client engagement. Treating data as a first class business asset, his work is focused on improving business operations through the creation and delivery of data-driven software solutions. His career roles span from senior IT leadership to Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and Business Intelligence. Mr. Oliven has a passion for solving problems and for teaching, developing, mentoring and motivating others. He holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from the Robert H Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.
