I had been searching for an in depth way to dive into HMDA data for some time unable to really find the right analysis anywhere. I then luckily found Polygon Research and have been extremely pleased with how easy their tools are to use and how quickly they update their data. Each year now when the HMDA data drops the anticipation rises as I know Polygon will be the first to get it out the door with all their functionality already baked in. The team's understanding of HMDA and other government data makes them extremely resourceful and fun to work with as they are constantly iterating on the product. Very excited for the future roll outs Polygon has in store!
