This week Lyubomira and Alven talk with Senior Policy Analyst for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) - Jaimie Smeraski. At NAHREP, Jaimie supports the organization's public policy and advocacy efforts, along with its foundation, the Hispanic Wealth Project. With her colleague and mentor Noerena Limon, she has built advocacy work at NAHREP from scratch.
